Role Overview

  • Compensation & Benefits Manager – Senior HR & Total Rewards Role. Design fair and competitive reward systems. Drive total rewards strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compensation structures and salary bands.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Manage benefits programs (insurance, bonuses, incentives).
  • Ensure internal pay equity and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams.
  • Support performance linked reward strategies.
  • Prepare compensation reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in compensation, payroll, or HR analytics preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be located in Australia.
