Mauve Group is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist / Consultant on a freelance self employed basis to support Global HR & Advisory Services.
The ideal candidate will be self employed or able to deliver consultancy services alongside existing commitments, providing expert compensation and benefits advice to clients across multiple countries on an ad hoc basis.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or related field, and/or relevant professional qualification.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits, ideally within an international context.
Experience designing and implementing scalable reward frameworks across multiple countries.
Proven ability to develop pay and grading structures.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.
Commercial awareness with practical, solution focused approach.
Ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities effectively.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Designing and managing compensation structures, including salary benchmarking and grading frameworks.
Leading pay review processes, including merit increases and bonus schemes.
Reviewing employee benefits programmes and providing advice on enhancements.
Ensuring compliance with local employment law, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
Contributing to total reward strategies to support attraction and retention.
Analysing compensation data and presenting clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
Acting as a trusted advisor on pay and benefits matters to clients, HR teams, and leadership.
Collaborating with internal teams and external providers across multiple jurisdictions.

Provide advice on multi country reward structures with understanding of local legislation.
Work closely with Mauve and in house experts to ensure alignment with local market practices.
Deliver consultancy on competitive and compliant global reward solutions.
