Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 3 5 years of hands on compensation experience performing compensation & benefits analytics, hourly/salaried merit administration in a union and non union environment
- 2 3 years of progressively responsible experience in analyzing benefit and pension programs, or equivalent combination
- CCP, CBP or CEBS designation preferred

About the Role
- The Compensation & Benefits Analyst serves as a trusted partner in job evaluation, compensation reviews, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Provides broad exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of Total Rewards.
- Ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data, influencing business decisions through insights, and contributing to programs that enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide statistical analysis in reviewing, developing, implementing and delivering compensation & benefits programs for all FNHA staff.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources and achievement of a CCP, CBP or CEBS designation preferred or equivalent combination.
- 3 5 years of hands on compensation experience performing compensation & benefits analytics, hourly/salaried merit administration in a union and non union environment.
- 2 3 years of progressively responsible experience in analyzing benefit and pension programs, or equivalent combination.
Working at FNHA
- Municipal Pension plan with employer contribution of 9.31%.
- 3 weeks vacation increasing to 4 weeks, plus 5 personal days, 1 volunteer day, and 14 public holidays.

Salary
- CAD 68,263 CAD 81,062 CAD 93,861 per year.
- Incumbents typically hired between minimum and midpoint based on knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
