Social Play is an innovative children’s theatre company in Qatar that fosters growth and
creativity among children of all ages.
Our sensory classes & drama clubs promote confidence,
communication skills, and growth through carefully planned programmes.
With over 120 students currently joining our weekly classes, we’re ready to expand and welcome a new company manager who will support our exciting growth.
The ideal candidate must be equipped with excellent personal and interpersonal skills, be confident leading a team and be passionate in supporting the growth of children through theatre & creative activities.
This is a

Core Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the creative delivery and development of all programmes
- Plan and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
- Identify and drive growth, partnership and expansion opportunities
- Lead and coordinate performances and parent showcases
- Maintain and promote high standards of safeguarding across all programmes
- Manage and support the team of drama teachers and marketing executive, ensuring consistently high-quality delivery
