Role overview
The role manages company formation and corporate structuring across UAE mainland, free zones, DIFC, and ADGM.
The position oversees incorporation from structuring advice and jurisdiction selection through document submission, authority liaison, and licence issuance.
The role serves as a key client and internal stakeholder contact, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Licensing and formation
- Manage incorporation, licensing, amendments, renewals, and related filings while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit applications through government and free zone portals.
- Support client enquiries by assessing feasibility, structuring options, eligibility, timelines, and fees.
Compliance and governance
- Maintain client files, registers, CRM records, cloud systems, and governance documentation.
- Monitor UAE laws, regulations, and procedures and escalate complex or high-risk matters when required.
Client and stakeholder service
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide a seamless client journey from enquiry through post-incorporation support.
- Manage relationships with government authorities, free zones, and regulatory bodies to progress cases and resolve issues.
- Ensure submissions, records, client communications, and licensing cases meet accuracy and service-level requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of UAE experience within a Corporate Services Provider, including at least 1 year focused on ADGM.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-facing and account management experience with strong customer service and regulatory communication skills.
- Excellent project management, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems and tools is required; mentoring or team leadership experience is advantageous.

Working hours and flexibility
- Standard office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
