Community Support Associate

Provide consistent supervision, guidance, and emotional support to clients

Build positive, professional relationships that promote trust and accountability

Assist clients with daily living activities, routines, and personal goals

Encourage participation in treatment groups, educational sessions, and recreational activities

Support the implementation of treatment plans as directed by clinical staff

Facilitate or assist with structured activities, groups, and community outings

Model appropriate behavior, communication, and coping skills

Help maintain a structured, therapeutic, and respectful environment

Monitor client behavior to ensure safety and compliance with program rules

Respond appropriately to crises, conflicts, or behavioral concerns using de-escalation techniques

Follow all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and reporting requirements

Accurately document observations, incidents, and resident progress

Communicate effectively with supervisors, clinicians, and team members

Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and shift handoffs
