Responsibilities
- Manage the community on Traininpink's social profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), responding to comments, direct messages, and interactions in a timely manner
- Moderate and fuel conversations in the community, building an authentic and trusting relationship with users
- Monitor community sentiment, identifying recurring feedback, emerging trends, and relevant insights to report to marketing and product teams
- Support the social team in publishing content and daily operational management of profiles
- Collaborate with the customer care team to manage requests and reports coming through social channels
- Contribute to organic community growth through active engagement and participation in relevant conversations in the fitness and wellness sector
- Prepare periodic reports on community performance: engagement, growth, recurring themes, and opportunities
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in social community management, preferably in fitness, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and good knowledge of English
- In depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and online community dynamics
- Empathetic, authentic, and natural tone of voice, in line with a female audience
- Speed, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Genuine passion for fitness and wellness
- Proactivity, curiosity, and desire to grow in a dynamic environment

Responsabilità principali
- Gestire la community sui profili social di Traininpink (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), rispondendo a commenti, messaggi diretti e interazioni in modo tempestivo e in linea con il tono di voce del brand.
- Moderare e alimentare le conversazioni nella community, costruendo un rapporto autentico e di fiducia con le utenti.
- Monitorare il sentiment della community, identificando feedback ricorrenti, trend emergenti e insight rilevanti da segnalare al team marketing e al team prodotto.
- Supportare il team social nella pubblicazione dei contenuti e nella gestione operativa quotidiana dei profili.
- Collaborare con il team customer care per gestire richieste e segnalazioni che arrivano attraverso i canali social.
- Contribuire alla crescita organica della community attraverso l'engagement attivo e la partecipazione alle conversazioni rilevanti nel settore fitness e wellness.
- Preparare report periodici sull'andamento della community: engagement, crescita, temi ricorrenti e opportunità.
Qualifiche
- 1 2 anni di esperienza nella gestione di community social, preferibilmente nel settore fitness, wellness, beauty o lifestyle.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale in italiano e buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
- Conoscenza approfondita di Instagram, TikTok e delle dinamiche delle community online.
- Tono di voce empatico, autentico e naturale, in linea con un pubblico femminile.
- Velocità, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di gestire più conversazioni contemporaneamente.
- Passione genuina per il fitness e il wellness.
- Proattività, curiosità e voglia di crescere in un ambiente dinamico e in rapida evoluzione.
