As a Community Program Coordinator , you will:
The Community Program Coordinator is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and quality management of Community Participation Support (CPS) and In-Home and Community Support services for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (IDD), Developmental Disabilities (DD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This position ensures the delivery of person-centered services that promote independence, community inclusion, skill development, and achievement of individual goals while maintaining compliance with agency, state, and funding source requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field preferred.
Experience working with individual with IDD, DD, and/or ASD.
Knowledge of Community Participation Support (CPS), In-home and Community Services, Individual Support Plans (ISPs), documentation standards, and billing requirements
Must become ACRE Certified or CESP Certified within 6 months of hiring
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experience.
Experience managing Employment Services, Community Participation Support (CPS), or In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS) programs.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance and quality standards
Proficiency in electronic health records, documentation systems, and Microsoft applications
