About the Role
Maison Tuileries seeks a Community Manager to launch a new upscale French pâtisserie brand's digital identity. You will create content, manage social media, organize events, and build community from scratch.

Responsibilities
- Ensure an active and consistent presence across social media.
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories…).
- Organize events and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare pre launch communication strategy.
- Contribute to a real brand strategy — communication, loyalty, and long term development.
- Represent and organize the brand's participation in major international events (SIRHA, Salon du Chocolat, and similar).
- Bring ideas on how to grow the community and support future expansion.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
- Experience with content creation tools: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of youth culture, trends, and social media codes
- Target audience: trendy young locals, families, and CSP++ (local and expat)
- Genuinely motivated by the idea of building something from scratch

Role Overview
- We're looking for someone to help launch a brand new restaurant concept: an upscale French style pâtisserie.
- This isn't just a job opening a social media calendar — it's a chance to build a brand's digital identity from day one, and grow with it as it expands.
Profile
