Role Description
The Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role involves planning and executing engaging events, building and maintaining relationships within the professional community, managing digital platforms and communication channels, and driving initiatives to enhance community engagement.
The Community Manager will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for members, tracking community growth metrics, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful collaborations.
Qualifications
- Community engagement, relationship-building, and event planning skills
- Experience in managing digital platforms, social media, and online communities
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for planning and executing initiatives
- Proficiency in creative content creation and storytelling
- Understanding of professional networking and skill-building trends
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
- Preferred experience in community management, event management, or related fields
