- Track conversations and follow ups in CRM

About the Role
- We’re looking for a highly motivated Community Growth & Outreach Assistant to become an extension of our brand and help us build meaningful relationships with entrepreneurs online.
- This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant position.
- We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people, starting conversations, building relationships, and helping turn engaged followers into webinar attendees, masterclass participants, and clients.
About Us
- We help entrepreneurs simplify their businesses, increase profitability, and build companies that create value beyond the founder.
- Our content is shared through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Substack, YouTube, Webinars, Masterclasses, and Online events.
Your Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Ensure content is posted consistently and on time
- Help organize content calendars
- Repurpose content when needed
- Respond to comments and messages
- Engage with people who like, comment, or interact with our content
- Build relationships with community members
- Maintain a positive and professional brand presence
- Start conversations with engaged followers
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand their challenges and goals
- Share relevant videos, articles, and resources
- Follow up with prospects and leads

Working Hours
- This is a remote position.
- You must be available during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
- A minimum daily overlap with Eastern Time is required.
Compensation
- Approximately 10 hours per week
- Fully remote
- Flexible schedule within Eastern Time availability requirements
- Starting compensation: $200 CAD per month
- Performance based bonuses
- Commission opportunities on sales generated through your efforts
- Regular opportunities for compensation increases based on performance
Growth Path
- This role is designed to grow with the company.
- The right person may quickly expand to 20 hours per week, 30+ hours per week, increased compensation, and additional leadership responsibilities.
