Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies, outreach programs, and stakeholder engagement plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, local leaders, and strategic partners
- Lead community initiatives, volunteer programs, corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, sponsorships, partnerships, and public engagement campaigns
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Sustainability, Public Affairs, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee community events, workshops, public consultations, awareness campaigns, and engagement activities
- Identify community needs, stakeholder expectations, and partnership opportunities through research, surveys, feedback, and ongoing engagement
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including stakeholder participation, community satisfaction, program effectiveness, partnership growth, volunteer engagement, and social impact
- Manage community program budgets, sponsorship agreements, grants, contracts, and resource allocation
- Develop communication materials, newsletters, presentations, impact reports, and success stories
- Ensure community initiatives comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
- Utilize CRM platforms, community engagement software, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, social media platforms, and analytics tools
- Prepare executive reports, community impact assessments, partnership updates, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Community Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, corporate social responsibility, public affairs, communications, or related roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing community programs, partnerships, outreach initiatives, or stakeholder engagement teams preferred
- Strong understanding of community engagement, partnership development, public relations, stakeholder management, event planning, and corporate social responsibility
- Experience with CRM systems, community engagement platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, social media management tools, and reporting applications
- Strong communication, relationship building, presentation, negotiation, leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments

- Master's degree or professional certifications in Community Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Public Relations, Project Management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, corporate social responsibility, public affairs, communications, or related roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing community programs, partnerships, outreach initiatives, or stakeholder engagement teams preferred.
- Strong understanding of community engagement, partnership development, public relations, stakeholder management, event planning, and corporate social responsibility.
- Experience with CRM systems, community engagement platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, social media management tools, and reporting applications.
- Knowledge of sustainability initiatives, government relations, nonprofit partnerships, volunteer management, and social impact measurement is advantageous.
- Strong communication, relationship building, presentation, negotiation, leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple community initiatives while balancing stakeholder expectations, organizational priorities, budgets, and program outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments, with flexibility to attend community events and stakeholder meetings as required.
