YallaBizz is seeking 10 Co-founding Builders to help shape a startup community platform for entrepreneurs in MENA. This is a sweat-equity opportunity where you earn up to 1% ownership through contribution, not a traditional job.

Responsibilities
- Help shape YallaBizz from the ground up
- Contribute a few hours per week to grow the YallaBizz ecosystem
- Earn equity through contribution and impact, measured against agreed objectives
Requirements
- Founder or senior operator ready to contribute a few hours per week
- Belief in the mission of building a better way for founders to find co founders, collaborators, advisors, investors, customers, and opportunities
- Willingness to earn equity through meaningful impact, not cash
- Ability to contribute in areas such as community building, partnerships, product & AI, sales & marketing, founder success, events, or investor relations

- As a Founding Builder, you'll help shape YallaBizz from the ground up, gain access to a growing network of founders and ecosystem leaders, build your visibility across MENA, influence the platform's direction, and earn equity through contribution.
- This is a sweat equity opportunity for founders who want to build something larger than their own startup.
Ownership Model
- Up to 10 Founding Builders.
- Earn up to 1% ownership each.
- Ownership is earned over time, not given away.
- Measured by contribution and impact.
- Reviewed and voted on by the ten selected founders.

Details
- This is not a full time role. We're looking for founders who can contribute a few hours per week.
- Equity is earned through meaningful impact on the growth and success of YallaBizz.
- 3 year vesting period and a 6 month cliff.
- Equity earned over time through contribution.
- Contribution measured against agreed objectives.
- Community reviewed by peers.
- Long term builders only.
