Responsibilities
- Co lead the design, growth, and engagement of a global founder community
- Onboard and support founders, facilitate introductions, and manage structured collaboration through the platform
- Design and host community rituals such as peer learning circles, showcases, and working sessions
- Gather and analyze community feedback, track participation and performance signals
- Use data to refine community rules, incentives, and workflows
- Collaborate with the founding team on content, marketing experiments, and partnerships
- Help shape YallaBizz’s culture, processes, and long term community strategy
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, including ability to facilitate group discussions and manage online communities
- Analytical skills to interpret community data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Sales and marketing skills to attract and onboard high potential founders
- Research skills to identify ecosystem trends and inform community programs
- Experience building or moderating online or startup communities is highly beneficial
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and readiness to take ownership as a co founder
- Familiarity with early stage startups, venture building, or accelerator programs is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed environment

Role Description
- Co lead the design, growth, and engagement of a global founder community in a full time, remote capacity.
- Onboard and support founders, facilitate introductions, and manage structured collaboration through the platform’s Collab Bot and time credit system.
- Design and host community rituals such as peer learning circles, showcases, and working sessions to increase engagement.
- Gather and analyze community feedback, track participation and performance signals, and use data to refine community rules, incentives, and workflows.
- Collaborate with the founding team on content, marketing experiments, and partnerships that attract high caliber founders.
- Help shape YallaBizz’s culture, processes, and long term community strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including ability to facilitate group discussions, manage online communities, and build trust.
- Analytical skills to interpret community data, engagement metrics, and experimentation results.
- Sales and marketing skills to attract, qualify, and onboard high potential founders.
- Research skills to identify ecosystem trends, map startup communities, and inform community programs.
- Experience building or moderating online or startup communities is highly beneficial.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity, ability to iterate quickly, and readiness to take ownership as a co founder.
