Role Overview
The Community Builder UAE will drive platform adoption and community loyalty by connecting with local freelancers.
The role bridges Malt's global framework and the UAE market through local programs, events, partnerships, and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a high-quality local freelancer ecosystem through proactive sourcing, contact, onboarding, calls, and networking.
- Organize and host local events, workshops, and meetups and create newsletters, localized emails, and articles.
- Work with Sales to supply qualified freelancer profiles for immediate talent demands.
- Establish contacts with chambers of commerce, freelance permit providers, and co-working spaces.
- Track attendance, registration, and engagement metrics to optimize local tactics.
- Localize and implement global community initiatives for the UAE market.
