The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Communications Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of enterprise wide communication strategies that support organizational objectives, enhance brand reputation, and foster stakeholder engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee internal and external communications, executive messaging, change communications, and integrated communication initiatives while ensuring consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies, governance frameworks, messaging architectures, and communication roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead strategic communication initiatives across internal communications, corporate communications, executive communications, public relations, digital communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, Customer Success, Legal, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent messaging and successful communication outcomes.
  • Develop communication plans for organizational change, business transformation, product launches, corporate initiatives, and crisis response.
  • Create and maintain messaging frameworks, communication guidelines, editorial calendars, and brand voice standards.
  • Prepare executive speeches, presentations, announcements, media statements, newsletters, reports, and strategic communication materials.
  • Manage media relations, external agencies, content partners, and communication vendors to support corporate objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including stakeholder engagement, communication effectiveness, media coverage, audience reach, employee engagement, brand sentiment, and campaign performance.
  • Conduct audience research, communication audits, stakeholder analysis, and market intelligence to improve communication strategies.
  • Ensure communications comply with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, brand standards, and legal guidelines.
  • Leverage communication platforms, content management systems (CMS), collaboration tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, analytics platforms, and social media management tools to measure communication effectiveness.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, communication performance reports, strategic recommendations, and board level presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or professional certifications in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, strategic communications, public relations, marketing communications, or related roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing communication strategies, corporate communication programs, or cross functional communication initiatives preferred.
  • Strong understanding of strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, corporate messaging, media relations, internal communications, executive communications, and reputation management.
  • Experience with content management systems, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of change communications, crisis communications, digital media strategy, SEO, content marketing, and communication analytics is advantageous.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, presentation, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication initiatives while balancing organizational priorities, stakeholder expectations, and business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments.
