The facility is within an easy drive from the Richmond and Fredericksburg, VA areas.

The Communications Manufacturing Engineer Provides technical & administrative information to others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all basic engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction; trouble-shoots engineering related installation problems.

Works closely supervised and solves problems of limited scope and complexity.

• Reviews and produces drawing for manufacturing
• Managing and setting up drawings for manufacturing in M.C. Dean’s propriety manufacturing software.
• Working with the production crews to solve problems with builds and increase efficiency
• Assist with managing and scheduling deliveries of raw material for production
• Assist with managing and scheduling shipments of finished goods.
• QC final goods and document deficiencies.
• Participating in team meetings
• Developing methods of improvement
• Tracking issues and pursuing resolutions.
• Participate in pre-testing of systems prior to deployment.

• 0+ years of experience with Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (preferably from an ABET accredited program).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
