Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy for Ashghal's key strategic initiatives
- Formulate and manage communication governance frameworks that align with Ashghal's strategic goals
- Establish and continually review best practice guidelines for effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management
- Design and implement change management strategies to support adoption of MMC and construction technology improvements
- Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and governmental entities to synchronize change initiatives
- Drive strategic stakeholder engagement initiatives that foster understanding of Ashghal's transformative projects
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government entities, developers, contractors, architects, and international partners
- Research, write, edit, and manage the development of high quality communication materials
- Develop, implement, and communicate strategies and key messages in clear and impactful language
- Ensure internal and external communications are fully integrated
- Organize and manage communication workshops and stakeholder forums
- Coordinate conferences, international forums, and knowledge sharing events

Overview
- The incumbent is responsible for developing the Authority wide corporate communication and stakeholder engagement system.
- The position will promote, foster, and support collaboration and communication between the Authority's corporate stakeholders.
- Mentor and train stakeholder engagement team members.
Your Role
