Bureau Technical Services is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager for a data center project in the UAE. The role involves leading commissioning activities for large-scale data center projects, coordinating with MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full commissioning lifecycle for large scale data center projects
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules
- Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives
- Oversee testing & commissioning of electrical systems (MV/LV, UPS, generators, switchgear)
- Oversee testing & commissioning of mechanical systems (chillers, CRAH/CRAC, HVAC)
- Oversee testing & commissioning of BMS/EPMS and controls systems
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards
- Manage integrated systems testing (IST) and witness testing
- Identify, track, and close commissioning related issues
- Support project handover documentation and O&M manuals
- Lead commissioning meetings and provide regular progress reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on hyperscale or large data center projects
- Previous experience working for a General Contractor (GC) is essential
- Strong knowledge of mission critical systems
- Experience managing multi disciplinary commissioning teams
- Familiarity with international commissioning standards and best practices
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
