Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Doha, Qatar, for a Commissioning Engineer specializing in ICT & ELV systems.
The engineer will be responsible for system commissioning, conducting electrical testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth integration of systems such as security surveillance, detection, and life safety solutions.
The role involves working with OEM-certified systems, including but not limited to Cisco, Lenel, JCI, PELCO, and Axis.
Coordination with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery is a critical aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Commissioning, Electrical Testing, and Troubleshooting of ICT and ELV systems.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and practices relevant to the role.
- Certifications from OEMs such as Cisco, Lenel, JCI, PELCO, and Axis are required.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Familiarity with security and life safety systems, including design, integration, and maintenance processes.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, meet project deadlines, and adapt to dynamic challenges.
- Previous experience in the Gulf or Middle East region is advantageous.
