About the Role
Al Dimashqi Marble and Granite Factory seeks a Commission Sales Associate to identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The role involves client visits, product presentations, quotation preparation, and closing sales.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of clients
- Conduct client visits to project sites, showrooms, and offices
- Present product options, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain relationships with contractors, designers, architects, and end users
- Coordinate with factory and logistics teams
- Update CRM or sales reports and monitor payments
Requirements
- Proven sales skills in building materials, interior finishes, or related industries
- Experience in client relationship management
- Basic knowledge of marble, granite, and other stone products or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Comfort working on a commission based structure
- Ability to work on site in Sharjah and conduct frequent client visits
- Good organizational and reporting skills
- Valid UAE driving license is highly desirable
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial

Role Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and hospitality clients.

- Maintain relationships with contractors, designers, architects, and end users.
- Coordinate with factory and logistics teams, update CRM or sales reports, monitor payments.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills in building materials, interior finishes, or related industries.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of marble, granite, and other stone products or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) are an advantage.
- Comfort working on a commission based structure.
- Ability to work on site in Sharjah and conduct frequent client visits.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Previous sales experience in the UAE market is preferred; valid UAE driving license is highly desirable.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial.
