Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and explain product features and pricing.
- Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep displays appealing.
- Keep the sales area organized and well-stocked.
- Process transactions and manage basic customer records.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales, are required.
