Key Responsibilities

• Represent and sell **residential and investment properties** across prime locations in Dubai
• Advise high-net-worth clients on acquisitions, sales, and portfolio optimization
• Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored, high-end client experiences
• Negotiate complex, high-value transactions and contracts
• Provide strategic market insights, pricing analysis, and investment guidance
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW and HNW clients
• Manage exclusive listings while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum **1 year of experience** in real estate sales with **proven high-value transactions**
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s luxury real estate market and property laws
• Client-focused mindset with exceptional relationship management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• **Valid UAE driving license and car**
• **Multilingual**
• Preferably based in Dubai
