Role Description

  • Identify and approach potential clients requiring business setup and corporate services.
  • Promote SM Corporate Consultancy's services through your professional network and referrals.
  • Generate qualified leads and introduce potential clients to our sales team.
  • Maintain good relationships with prospects until successful closure.
  • Follow up with clients when required.
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically.
  • Meet or exceed referral and business generation goals.

Compensation

  • 100% Commission Based
  • Attractive commission on every successful deal.
  • Unlimited earning potential.
  • No salary or fixed compensation.
  • Weekly or monthly commission payouts (as per company policy).

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, real estate, insurance, banking, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to generate business through personal and professional contacts.
  • Self motivated and target oriented.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of UAE business setup services is an advantage (training can be provided).
  • Must be professional, reliable, and customer focused.
