Job Overview
Hilton seeks a Commis II Chef to prepare high-quality dishes, manage guest orders, and maintain a clean workspace. The role requires knowledge of menu offerings, complex recipes, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain a strong knowledge of menu offerings and handle complex recipes
- Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
- Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
Qualifications
- Knowledge of menu offerings and complex recipes
- Ability to manage guest orders efficiently
- Experience with food handling, storage, and safety protocols
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
