Kitchen Duties
- Wash, peel, portion, chop, weigh, measure, mix, and store ingredients.
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
- Test foods for sufficient cooking and check appliance and food temperatures.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
Safety and Team Standards
- Follow company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications and maintain quality standards.
- Develop positive working relationships, communicate professionally, and support team goals.
Preferred Qualification
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience, license, or certification is required.
- The role requires extended standing, sitting, or walking and physical activities including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
