Job Summary
Prepare and support hot kitchen production while following NOMAD recipes and handcrafted preparation standards.
Maintain precision, care for raw ingredients, and uphold the kitchen's quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare mise en place for hot kitchen stations, including meats, sauces, fruits, vegetables, and garnishes.
- Keep workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean, sanitary, and organized.
- Cook and present hot meals according to standard recipes and plating rules.
- Label, store, rotate, and manage ingredient inventory properly.
- Regulate ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment temperatures.
- Follow strict food safety and HACCP rules while keeping the station clean.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-end culinary environment.
- Strong leadership potential and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Compensation
- Salary is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview.
