- Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and bakery items
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as directed by senior pastry chefs
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place for daily pastry operations
- Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Properly store ingredients and finished products according to food safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation using FIFO procedures
- Support the pastry team during busy service periods and special events
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Learn and develop pastry techniques under the guidance of senior chefs
