- Prepare, cook and bake complete meals or individual dishes, foods and pastries
- Prepare and cook special meals for Members and Guests as instructed by Chef
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pastry Kitchen Section
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Follow the Club's policies and procedures and adhere to grooming policies

- Ability to prepare, cook, and bake complete meals and pastries
- Ability to follow instructions from Chef
- Adherence to club policies and grooming standards
