Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commis Chef with extensive experience on the grill to join our kitchen team.
You will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality burgers and ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly during busy service hours.
POS/cashier knowledge and experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the grill efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
- Assist in the preparation of burgers and other menu items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety guidelines.
- Conduct inventory count and efficiently handle order entry and closing on the POS system.
Requirements
- Previous experience working on the grill in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
