- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Russian dishes such as soups, pastries, meats, and traditional specialties
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared and stored properly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Help with stock rotation and inventory control
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or kitchen assistant
- Experience in Russian cuisine is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Preferably with PIC (Food Safety Certificate)
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Description
