Overview

Working under the guidance of senior chefs, you will assist across kitchen sections supporting mise en place, ingredient preparation, and basic cooking tasks.

You ll gain exposure to different areas of the kitchen and build the technical and organisational skills that form the foundation of a strong culinary career.

Preparation & Production You assist with mise en place, ingredient preparation, and basic cooking tasks as directed by senior chefs.

You support the team in assembling and plating dishes to established standards, ensuring all items are prepared consistently and on time.

Organisation & Hygiene You maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation throughout service and adhere to all food hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.

You participate in stock rotation and storage management to ensure freshness and reduce waste.

Teamwork & Development You work collaboratively across all kitchen sections, actively seek feedback and guidance from senior chefs, and contribute to a positive, respectful kitchen culture.

You take pride in delivering quality and see every shift as an opportunity to grow.
