About the Role
As a Commis Chef, you will assist with the preparation and presentation of high-quality food across our restaurant, room service, and event operations. You will work closely with our experienced chefs to maintain Hilton's standards of excellence and contribute to an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Hilton standards and recipes.
- Assist with food preparation, service, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Support stock rotation, storage, and inventory control procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods
