- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the café
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organization
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthy food concept café or restaurant is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
