Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis Chef to join our Hot Kitchen team.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, disciplined, and eager to grow in a fast-paced culinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking hot kitchen dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support senior chefs during service
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hot kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible with shifts and working hours
