• In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
• Have a minimum of 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
• Availability to work various shifts which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Trainee in a high-standard hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to remain calm, flexible, reliable and works well under-pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences during the most important meal of the day.
