The company is seeking a Commis Baker with experience in the bakery industry.

Duties
- Monitor dough and raw materials to ensure safe, high-quality products.
- Monitor the full production line, including the oven.
- Complete ongoing weight checks and minimize waste.
- Read, understand, and follow manufacturing orders.
- Report food safety and quality problems to the Supervisor or Assistant Head Baker.
- Learn different types of bread and pastries.
- Maintain a clean and safe bakery production and packing area.
- Follow safety and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
- Handle sensitive issues with tact, respect, and confidentiality.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
Candidate requirements
- Two years of bakery experience is required.
- English language ability is required.
- Candidates must be able to follow manufacturing orders.
- Candidates must work safely and productively.
