• The position is full time.

Workplace

• The role is performed in person in a main kitchen environment.

Kitchen duties

• Prepare, portion, chop, wash, peel, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.
• Prepare cold foods, serve correct portions, and operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Test cooking completion, monitor food quality, and check appliance and food temperatures.
• Set up and break down workstations and clean and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.

Safety and teamwork

• Follow company, safety, and security policies and report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
