We are looking for a motivated and skilled Commis II Chef to join our one of hospitality client in Al Ain,UAE. The ideal candidate will assist senior chefs in preparing, cooking.

Responsibilities
- Assist section chefs and senior cooks in preparing and cooking food items
- Handle more advanced food preparation tasks compared to Commis III
- Prepare sauces, garnishes, and mise en place as required
- Cook basic dishes under supervision, following recipes and standards
- Ensure proper portion control, presentation, and consistency of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations and equipment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards at all times
- Store, label, and rotate ingredients properly (FIFO system)
- Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing kitchen stock
- Support during busy service periods and help coordinate kitchen flow
- Monitor ingredient quality and report issues to senior chefs
