Position Summary

Workplace and Schedule

• The position is full time at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• The role is not remote and is based in a kitchen or food production workplace.

Food Preparation and Cooking

• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, washing, peeling, weighing, measuring, and mixing food.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and checklists.
• Prepare cold foods and operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Test food for doneness and monitor food quality during preparation.

Kitchen Operations and Safety

• Set up and break down the workstation and serve food in proper portions.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Check and maintain correct temperatures for appliances and food.
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Follow company, safety, security, and food handling policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required, and no license or certification is listed.

Physical and Professional Expectations

• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and support team goals.
