Position Summary

Support butchery and fish production through ingredient preparation, cooking, portioning, workstation management, and sanitation.

Maintain food quality, proper temperatures, presentation standards, and safe kitchen practices.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, washing, peeling, weighing, measuring, and mixing.
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and preparation checklists.
  • Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers, and test food to determine whether it is sufficiently cooked.
  • Monitor food quality and check appliance and food temperatures.
  • Set up and break down workstations and serve food in proper portions and receptacles.
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
  • Follow company, safety, and security policies; complete training and report maintenance needs or unsafe conditions.
  • Communicate professionally, support team goals, and perform physical duties involving standing, bending, reaching, and handling items up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least one year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience is specified.
  • No license or certification is specified.

  • The position is full time.
  • The role is not remote and involves working in a professional kitchen environment in Abu Dhabi.
