Position Summary
- The Commis I is a key member of a professional brigade, upholding exceptional culinary standards in a fine dining environment.
- This role demands precision, discipline, and a deep respect for ingredients, techniques, and presentation.
- The Commis I supports senior chefs in executing refined dishes while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and adherence to the highest standards expected in luxury hospitality across the GCC.
