Role Overview
Prepare high-quality food items and help deliver memorable guest dining experiences as a Commis 1 Chef.
The role is part of Hilton’s hotel hospitality team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest orders efficiently while supporting a positive dining experience.
- Maintain menu knowledge, execute complex recipes, and oversee assigned stations.
- Inspect preparations and dishes before serving for quality and presentation.
- Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
