Hilton is hiring a Commis 1 Chef to prepare food items, support kitchen operations, and contribute to memorable guest dining experiences.
The role includes responsibility for recipes, kitchen stations, quality control, inventory, food safety, and service standards.
Typical Day Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain menu knowledge, handle complex recipes, and oversee station execution.
- Conduct quality control and inventory checks.
- Inspect preparations and dishes before serving for quality and presentation.
- Keep food service stations stocked, sanitary, and organized.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
