Responsibilities
- Measure, portion, and mix dairy ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Package and label milk packages.
- Clean workstations, utensils, and equipment to meet food safety standards.
- Unload and store food supplies, monitor dairy inventory, and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Follow supervisor instructions and help cooks in other sections during busy hours.
- Pack takeout orders and occasionally assist with basic cooking tasks.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Kitchen Helper or Commi III.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
