Prior culinary-industry chef experience is required, while junior or minimally experienced candidates are acceptable.
Experience preparing café-style and street food dishes.
Knowledge of street food flavors and global fast-food trends.
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and time management.
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
