Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end process of bringing new products from concept to market
- Collaborate across teams with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product launches
- Monitor and report on the performance of commercialized products
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers and partners
- Manage the commercialization process from concept to launch, ensuring on time and within scope and budget
- Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues during commercialization
- Lead project status meetings and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of commercialization tools and processes
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product commercialization, preferably in food or CPG industry
- Proven experience leading manufacturing product development launches and managing programs
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines
- Results oriented mindset with focus on achieving objectives
- Outstanding professional written and verbal communication skills

Who we need
- Reporting to the Commercialization Director, we are seeking a Commercialization Manager to join us at our cutting edge facility in Brampton, Ontario.
- You will lead the end to end process of bringing new products from concept to market.
- This is a full time, hybrid role working on site in Brampton 2 3 days a week. There is approximately 25% travel involved.
How you will make an impact
- Launch new products: Successfully launch new product commercialization to reach new revenue targets.
- Collaborate: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Lead: Manage the commercialization process for new products from concept to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Optimize: Support the continuous improvement and evolution of our commercialization tools and processes.

Compensation
- The expected base pay range for this role is CAD 80,000 CAD 90,000.
- Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
- This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits in accordance with company policy.
