About the Role

  • We're looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our Dubai team on a full time, on site basis.
  • You'll manage the full sales cycle — from identifying prospects and presenting vehicle options to closing deals — while building lasting relationships with fleet operators and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective commercial customers
  • Present suitable truck/commercial vehicle options and prepare quotations & proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing
  • Maintain relationships with fleet operators and corporate clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams on delivery schedules, financing, and after sales support
  • Handle sales and insurance related documentation
  • Conduct market research, follow up on leads, and visit clients
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to business planning

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 3 years of UAE sales experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or related industries
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Chinese commercial vehicle brands is an added advantage
  • Strong customer service, account management, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of insurance processes related to vehicle sales (documentation & coordination)
  • Business planning abilities — forecasting, pipeline management, basic understanding of fleet operations
  • Diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • B2B sales experience with fleet operators/transport companies is an added advantage
