Commercial Strategy Manager

Performance and reporting

• Develop dashboards and reports covering revenue, margin, market share, pipeline, pricing, customer performance, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish commercial KPIs and identify underperforming markets, segments, products, customers, and channels.
• Conduct scenario, sensitivity, financial, and risk analyses and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, manage specialist partners where needed, and monitor execution, benefits, and return on investment.

Ideal candidate

• Strong experience in commercial or corporate strategy, business development, management consulting, revenue strategy, pricing, growth strategy, or strategic planning.
• Experience with commercial strategies, business plans, market research, competitive analysis, segmentation, pricing, margin analysis, and revenue optimization.
• Strong financial modeling and business-case development skills, including analysis of P&L drivers, costs, margins, and returns.
• Experience with go-to-market, market-entry, sales channels, customer journeys, partnerships, and commercial operations.
• Experience using Excel, business-intelligence platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, forecasting, scenario modeling, and dashboards.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, executive reporting, and analytical skills.
