Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end commercial order process, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order handling through the ERP system while maintaining high data integrity
- Provide prompt support to customers, distributors, and regional sales teams by responding to commercial enquiries, managing order changes, monitoring deliveries, and resolving issues
- Coordinate export documentation and collaborate with customs, warehouses, international colleagues, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and regulatory compliance
- Support commercial operations by maintaining accurate customer and sales data in ERP and CRM systems, managing vendor approval processes, and assisting with project documentation and tracking
- Contribute to continuous operational improvement by supporting marketing activities and exhibitions, enhancing process efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in commercial sales support, inside sales, customer service, or order management within an international business environment
- Hands on experience handling export orders and international customers
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably sales and commercial modules), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications

Role Purpose
- We are seeking a proactive, detail oriented, and customer focused Commercial Sales Support Specialist to join our Middle East team, based in Dubai office.
- In this role, you will serve as the key commercial interface between customers, distributors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless order processing, responsive customer support, and efficient coordination of export and commercial activities.
- Your contribution will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting business growth across the region.
